With the Little Dutch garland system, you can easily create your own personalized garland for the baby or children's room. You start with this string and then add loose garland elements, such as letters (A–Z), numbers (0–9), and decorative ornaments. For example, you can make a name garland for above the bed, changing table, or as a maternity gift.

On average, 8 to 12 elements fit on one string, depending on the combination of letters and ornaments. For example, if you want a name garland with 5 letters, you simply add 5 letter elements and optionally 1 or 2 ornaments at the beginning or end for a playful effect.

The elements have an opening at the top, making them easy to thread onto the string. After threading, you can still slide the letters and ornaments to determine the correct spacing. Then hang the string with a small hook, nail, or decorative tape on the wall, cabinet, or shelf.
